Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is unbeatable, just across the road from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, although some may find the room across the road not as nice. The service, especially from Emanuela, was exceptional, making us feel supported and cared for. The dining experience wasn't included in the rate but was enjoyable on the 5th-floor terrace with a nice view. Definitely a great choice for exploring Rome!
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the rooms were clean and fresh, but unfortunately uncomfortable, especially the bathroom with no proper shower. Being on the ground floor with a window to the street meant dealing with some noise issues. However, the location was very good, close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and other attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.
The hotel is conveniently situated close to the Trevi fountain and a couple of minutes away from the metro station, offering easy access to main attractions. The service was responsive and helpful, even providing shuttle options. However, the room allocation in a separate building across the street required extra effort. The dining experience was not satisfactory for the price paid.
The hotel had a lovely view in the evening, though the room was a bit dated. The service was a mixed experience with some helpful staff but also some rude encounters. The location was convenient for visiting key neighborhoods, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it served the purpose of our stay but had some drawbacks.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's beautiful rooms despite some noise issues and the dark ambiance. The staff at the front desk were polite but not very engaging. The location was convenient for exploring various attractions nearby but could improve on guiding guests to rooms in different buildings. The dining experience was subpar with limited breakfast options. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
After 21 days traveling around Italy and being sent off to another building to find our room, the hotel looked a little tired and could have done with fresh paint. The location was amazing, just 5 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, and close to all the major sights. The continental breakfast option was good with fresh croissants, but a bit expensive at 14 Euro per person.
The hotel is ideally situated near the Fontana di Trevi, offering a convenient base to explore Rome. While the rooms are basic and clean, the service could use some improvement in communication. The location serves the purpose of our stay well, but dining options could be better for the price.
The hotel rooms were modern compared to some I saw in photos, but a repaint would greatly enhance the room's appearance. The room was fairly large with a large bed and good bathroom; however, it lacked facilities for making hot drinks in the evening and provided no information on Rome attractions. The bathroom sink didn't hold water well due to a worn plug.
The hotel offers new and spacious rooms, although a refresh with a coat of paint would greatly enhance the overall look. The service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, especially Peter, who adds a touch of humor to interactions. The central location is a major plus, just a short stroll away from attractions like the Trevi Fountain. On the downside, the dining options were lacking in variety and value for money.
